3. Have at least 5 years of work experience, with a minimum 2 years in contact center management as:

4. Speak and write fluent English without grammatical errors
5. Are familiar with American vernacular
6. Have experience working directly with American and western managers
7. Were recognized and promoted to management positions by American managers
8. Have experience working with US Fortune 500 companies contact center project/contract managers
9. Have excellent, strong, outgoing personalities
10. Have excellent interpersonal skills
11. Are fast learners
12. Digitally savvy with years of using common software suites & platforms
13. Experience writing reports
14. Are “out of the box” thinkers
