Our focus is building the bridge between the job responsibilities associated with assisting a western business entrepreneur or manager and the skill set necessary to execute seamlessly with no loss in efficiency and professionalism when utilizing more highly skilled Filipino’s instead of North Americans at significant savings.
Our Virtual Assistants Recruitment Standards
To accomplish our goals our HR department targets individuals that:
- Have a college education
- Work/Worked in American operated contact centers in the Philippines
- Have at least 5 years of work experience, with a minimum 2 years in contact center management as:
- Team Leader
- Operations Manager
- Trainer
- Supervisor
- Speak and write fluent English without grammatical errors
- Are familiar with American vernacular
- Have experience working directly with American and western managers
- Were recognized and promoted to management positions by American managers
- Have experience working with US Fortune 500 companies contact center project/contract managers
- Have excellent, strong, outgoing personalities
- Have excellent interpersonal skills
- Are fast learners
- Digitally savvy with years of using common software suites & platforms
- Experience writing reports
- Are “out of the box” thinkers
